Best PhD Thesis Prize: Universidad de Cantabria
The University of Cantabria awards the 2021 best Thesis in Science (Premio extraordinario de Doctorado) to «Spin dynamics in magnetic nanoparticles»
Santander, July 2023. The fundamental study on spin dynamics in nanoparticles performed in the PhD thesis, together with their biomedical applications, worth the «Premio Extraordinario de Doctorado» in Science discipline.
The University of Cantabria awards the «Premio Extraordinario de Doctorado» every year to the best PhD Thesis defended ascribed to one of the following five disciplines: «Humanism and Arts», «Sciences», «Social Sciences», «Medical Sciences», and «Engineering and Architecture».
I would like to thank again all the amazing people that always supported me and walked by my side to nurture and empower my scientific maturity. In particular, many thanks to my supervisor, Prof. Luis Fernández Barquín, who had received, as usual, the diploma on my behalf ;-).

Best PhD Thesis Prize: Consejo Social Universidad de Cantabria
The «Consejo Social» from the University of Cantabria awards the best Thesis in Experimental Sciences and Mathematics to «Spin dynamics in magnetic nanoparticles»
Santander, February 2023. Magnetic nanoparticles shine once again to convince the Committee of the «Consejo Social» about their suitability for being considered today’s candidates for biomedical and technological applications.
The «Consejo Social» guarantees the two-way transfer betweent the University of Cantabria and the society. Its main aim is to serve as an intermediator between the Univesity and the institutions and organisations representing the social interests of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.
Nothing worth it is earned alone, therefore I will not miss this lines to thank all the people involved in this work. My supervisor, Prof. Luis Fernández Barquín, so as all the people with whom I had the chance to collaborate, grow and learn in such an amazing way. Thank you also to my supervisor for receiving the prize on my behalf.

Best PhD Thesis Prize: IEEE Magnetics Society
The Spanish Chapter of the IEEE Magnetics Society awards the best Thesis in Magnetism, Magnetic Materials and applications to «Spin dynamics in magnetic nanoparticles»
Cádiz, November 17th 2022. Almost one year after becoming a PhD., I had the pleasure to share again the work on the spin dynamics in magnetic nanoparticles with the Spanish community of Magnetism.
Among the different works, the Committee members, Prof. Manuel Vázquez, Prof. Arantxa Fraile, Prof. Víctor Manuel de la Prida and Senior Scientist José Miguel García Martín, selected this fundamental and applied study for being the best Thesis contribution to Magnetism in the Spanish community for the year 2021.
Nothing worth it is earned alone, therefore I would like to thank once again all the people involved in this work. My supervisor, Prof. Luis Fernández Barquín, together with all the people with whom I had the chance to collaborate, let me grow and learn in a very amazing way.

EMA Early career Seminar
The European Magnetic Association (EMA) wants to know more about the spin dynamics in magnetic nanoparticles
Early Career Seminars are promoted by the EMA to advertise and endorse young researchers in their early career stages. With this aim, 30 min. talks, followed by 30 min. discussion, are provided to the young researchers to explain and boost their research.
In my case, I was glad to share with the community the Thesis work on the spin dynamics in magnetic nanoparticles, paying particular attention to the inelastic neutron scattering experiments, analysis and results.
The talk was held in January 26th 2023, but can be visualized at any time following the link: https://magnetism.eu/239-recordings-2023.htm#par2033
